 Team spirit at LOVE's Annual Leadership Training Camp LOVE youth that have completed a cycle of photojournalism enter the Leadership Training Program. Here they learn how to become leaders against youth violence. They gain a deeper understanding of issues related to youth violence, such as media violence, racism, bullying and gangs, while learning skills in public speaking, role-playing and group dynamics. The result is a group of trained youth leaders who share their personal knowledge and expertise with others while encouraging a movement to reduce youth violence.  | |
